Easy Beef and Rice Cakes
1 cup chopped cooked leftover beef
1/3 cup cooked rice
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ tsp cayenne powder
½ tsp paprika powder
Oil for deep frying
1. Mix beef, rice, salt, pepper, paprika and cayenne.
2. Shape beef mixture into small patties and refrigerate for 1 hour to allow them to firm up.
3. Heat oil over medium heat in a pan.
4. Add in beef patties and cook them until light brown.
5. Serve hot.
