Cheesy Herby Rice Cake Snacks
1 packet unsalted rice cakes
100g softened goat cheese
100g sour cream
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ cup chopped fresh dill weed
1. Heat up oven at 170˚C.
2. Blend goat cheese, sour cream, salt, black pepper, garlic powder and dill.
3. Spread evenly on rice cakes.
4. Bake in oven 2-3 minutes.
